The design process

Drop me an email and let me know your project requirements. Depending on the information provided, I can quote for the job, providing an approx timescale for completion, or provide you with design recommendations (product, paper stock, quantity etc.) to help you determine what you might be after. If you're looking for a logo I'll forward my Logo Design Questionnaire which assists me in clearly understanding your business and audience, and helps create a clear set of design objectives.

I always recommend Pinterest to clients. Start a board of the things you like, you don’t like - colours, layouts, ideas. You can view the Pinterest page for The Native State here.

If you're happy with the quote and timeframe, I'll begin to research ideas. Once complete, I'll email an exploration document which may include suggested colours, fonts and layouts. You'll also be able to see potential designs in a real-world mock-up if applicable. From here we can start developing ideas further until we create a design and/or product you are 100% happy with.
A 50% deposit is due prior to the exploration. -
Once a design has been signed off, I'll get your final files ready for print or to send to you in a digital format. Print jobs usually take 4-7 working days from sign-off to dispatch.
The final 50% payment is due prior to files being sent.
