Hey Frankie was founded in 2017 to help small businesses look good, stay organised and keep moving forward.

Running your own business comes with enough to think about. Your website, marketing, admin and all the little jobs that somehow end up on your to-do list shouldn’t have to take over. That’s where I come in.

I bring together graphic design, Squarespace websites and practical business support, giving you an extra pair of hands when you need them. From creating your brand and marketing materials to managing social media, helping with e-commerce, email marketing and the day-to-day admin, I’m here to make the things you don’t have time for a little easier.

I’ve been running my own businesses since 2012, but my experience in business support goes back much further. I have a degree in Business Administration and over 20 years’ experience working in administrative roles across a range of industries, so I know my way around the behind-the-scenes stuff too. I understand how businesses work, how quickly the to-do list grows, and just how valuable it can be to have someone reliable in your corner.

My first business, The Native State, started in 2012 as an online retailer for independent brands before becoming my own label of prints and stationery. It went on to be stocked by John Lewis, Urban Outfitters, Next, Oliver Bonas and Paperchase — something that still feels a little surreal to say.

That experience has given me a pretty obsessive appreciation for good design and the details that make a business feel professional, alongside a very practical understanding of what it takes to actually run one.
